ICE SKATING IN ZAKOPANE:
There are several ice rinks in Zakopane. At each ice rink you can rent skates. Please note that all ice rinks are outdoor and open only in winter. The ice skating is not too expensive - it costs approximately 20-30 PLN for one-hour skating plus another 20-30 PLN for renting the skates.
A small ice rink beautifully situated with a view of Giewont. Right next door is a skate rental and the cozy Gugu Bistro & Bar.
ice rink Tafla is situated in a lower part of Zakopane, near the round-about Solidarności.
The ice rink is located in the center of Zakopane, near the lower station of the Gubalowka cable car. A local market is right next door, so you can pick up some Zakopane souvenirs on your return from the ice rink.
! Closed due to the construction of a modern indoor ice track. There are two ice rinks in the sports center COS - speed skating rink for professional skaters and ice rink for amateurs. The ice rink has a very nice localization - close to the National Park and is surrounded by the cross-country skiing trails. Sometimes the large speed skating rink is also available for amateurs.
